Kimberly Francis is the official Public Relations and Marketing since the 2012 ITSA Film Festival. She is one of our liaisons for ‘special guests’ who are attending the festival.
She is a proud local of Tuolumne County. Born and raised in Sonora, Francis has been involved with community events since she was a child. She has written and illustrated a children’s book called Payten and Nannie Ann, Painting Our Way Home

) Francis currently works at Columbia College in Sonora.
Kimberly’s newest book is, “Sneezy Wheezy Rez, A Story about an Allergic Rhinoceros.” Released Jan. 2014
