Cord Rawlinson

Cord Rawlinson ­ Cord received his AA in fine arts, and general studies at Cuesta Community College in San Luis Obispo, Ca. He studied traditional Character Animation at Allan Hancock Community College in Santa Maria, CA. Graduated in 2001 from the California Institute of the Arts in Valencia, CA. with his BA in Traditional Character Animation. He was a teachers assistant at the Innerspark program from 1990- 2006; taught animation and fine art privately for ten years. Currently he is the Instructor/Director of the Film/Animation and Art Department at Summerville High School/Connections Academy. Cord is working on his feature length hand drawn animated film “The Chanting”. He is also the owner and creator of The Forge, his fine art, animation and music production studio. Cord lives in Sonora, CA.
